Ontario VOR (Vendor of Record)
The Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established through an open competitive procurement process for the acquisition of IT security products and related services, including maintenance and support and implementation services. The use of this VOR arrangement will be mandatory for all Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive. Provincially Funded Organizations (PFOs) will have the option to leverage the VOR arrangement. The VOR arrangement will have an initial term of two years, with an option by MGCS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to one additional term of one year.
